甘肃定西：发放购房券和消费券，开展房地产促销活动
12月5日，甘肃省定西市发布《定西市人民政府办公室关于印发<定西市今冬明春促进经济健康平稳发展一揽子政策措施>的通知》。
通知提出，助推房地产企稳回暖。一是加大政策性补助力度。各县区要针对生育多子女家庭、孝老家庭、新市民、改善性住房需求户等群体，出台贷款贴息、发放购房券和消费券等优惠政策措施。同时，支持对新购置商品住宅的居民同步发放装修建材、家居装饰、家具家电等定向消费券，与购房促销活动、信贷优惠政策等形成叠加效应。
二是落实个人所得税优惠政策。截至2025年12月31日，对出售自有住房并在现住房出售后1年内，对其出售现住房已缴纳的个人所得税予以退税优惠。
三是开展房地产促销活动。组织召开定西房地产展示交易会，采取企业让利、政策性补贴、商家联动、团购促销等叠加优惠政策措施，满足群众住房需求。鼓励房地产企业大力开展市内房产市外营销,推介特色康养、旅游地产项目,吸引外埠居民到本市购房。
