瑞士金融市场监管局（FINMA）由该国政府授权，以监管机构的身份监督各类金融机构。法律规定，FINMA的外汇交易商必须注册为银行，但仍有未经注册的公司在当地提供金融服务，或自称总部位于瑞士。
