机构：11月百城二手住宅价格环比跌幅扩大
12月1日，中指研究院发布《百城价格指数报告》，11月，受部分城市优质改善项目入市带动，百城新建住宅价格环比继续上涨；不过，百城二手房价格仍面临较大下行压力，下跌城市已连续6个月超90城，房价普跌态势延续。
根据《百城价格指数报告》，11月，百城新建住宅平均价格为16203元/平方米，环比上涨0.05%，涨幅较10月收窄0.02个百分点；同比上涨0.08%。百城二手住宅平均价格为15400元/平方米，环比下跌0.56%，跌幅较10月扩大0.11个百分点，已连续19个月环比下跌；同比跌幅扩大至3.21%。
中指研究院指出，从市场表现来看，新建住宅方面，11月房企加快项目入市节奏，全力冲刺年度销售任务，受部分城市优质改善项目入市带动，百城新建住宅价格环比上涨。二手住宅方面，重点城市挂牌量维持高位，市场观望情绪浓厚，需求入市节奏放缓，二手房价格仍面临较大下行压力。
从房价涨跌城市数量看，根据中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数，11月，百城新建住宅价格环比上涨城市个数为38个，较10月减少8个。二手住宅方面，百城中仅三亚二手住宅价格环比上涨，其余99个城市二手住宅价格环比下降。
