当地时间11月29日，越南国会投票决定于明年起提高对韩国电子巨头三星电子和美国芯片制造商英特尔等跨国公司的实际税率，此举将符合一项在经合组织会议上通过、以打击企业避税行为的“全球税改”倡议。
