ASIC要求向零售客户提供服务的金融顾问必须注册
据澳大利亚证券投资委员会（ASIC）最新消息，11月27日《2023年财政法修正案（2023年第1号措施）法案》获得批准后，澳大利亚金融顾问和澳大利亚金融服务（ASL）牌照持有者需遵守新注册要求。
自2024年2月1日起，除临时相关提供者以外，就相关金融产品向零售客户提供个人建议的金融顾问（包括分时顾问），即“相关供应方（Relevant Providers）”，必须于ASIC注册。
澳大利亚金融服务牌照持有者可通过“ASIC Connect”注册其相关供应方。相关注册要求和指导可通过ASIC第276、277号信息表查看。ASIC还将在12月上旬举办网络研讨会为注册者提供有关注册要求的更多信息。
监管机构ASIC议尽早注册，以确保其相关提供方在2024年2月1日前完成注册。未在时限内完成注册但提供了相关金融服务的提供者将被视为违法。
11月22日，ASIC更新《投资者警示列表》，警告了25家未注册实体和冒充者。
