汕汕高铁汕尾至汕头南段启动试运行
中新网广州11月26日电 11月25日，汕汕高铁汕尾至汕头南段正式进入试运行阶段，标志着全线开通运营开启倒计时模式。
汕汕高铁起自汕头站，途经汕头、揭阳、汕尾3个市8个区县，接入广州至汕尾高铁汕尾站，线路全长162公里，设计时速350公里，全线共设汕头、汕头南、潮南、惠来、陆丰东、陆丰南、汕尾7座车站，其中汕头站、汕尾站为既有车站，其余为新建车站。
本次试运行的是汕头南至汕尾段，线路长度143公里。汕头至汕头南段的线路包含汕头湾海底隧道，正在有序建设中。
