EBC环球焦点| OPEC+出现不和谐 油价顺势调整
周四（11月23日）油价早盘下跌1%，延续了上个交易日下跌近1%的低迷表现，OPEC+决定将原定11月26日的会议推迟至11月30日。
这标志着成员国内部对于产量问题有明显分歧。知情人士透露，不同意见来自非洲国家，从其产量上来看规模较小。
分析师预测会议上届时将宣布延长减产甚至是额外减产来提振油价。一些国家代表告诉彭博，沙特对于其他成员国的减产情况感到不满。
国际能源署原油市场主管指出，即便OPEC+把现有减产拉长到明年，2024年全球原油市场仍会呈现轻微的供应过剩。
其他方面，委内瑞拉石油副部长表示，已经把原油产量提升至每日85万桶，希望在近期达到每日100万桶。在受到经济制裁前，美国曾经是委内瑞拉最大的石油出口国。
美国能源信息署显示，美国原油库存截止11月17日当周上升870万桶，高于预期120万桶，并且标志着连续5周增加。
黄昏之星形态出现强化了布伦特原油的下行迹象，如果无法有效突破200日均线，那么可能会向76一线低位迈进。
