马云一股都没有出售，早前签减持协议是因投资农业和公益等需要资金
阿里巴巴在内网发帖回应马云家族信托拟减持阿里巴巴股票一事。
11月22日，针对近日有传言马云抛售巨额阿里巴巴股票，阿里巴巴集团合伙人、首席人才官蒋芳在阿里巴巴内网发帖称，“马云一股都没有出售”，董事长蔡崇信也跟帖表示“我们只要以开放的心态，创新的思维，就有机会再创一个与众不同的阿里巴巴”。
11月16日，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）官网披露的F144文件显示，马云家族信托JC Properties Limited(一家英属维尔京群岛公司)和JSP Investment Limited(一家英属维尔京群岛公司)拟于11月21日分别减持500万股阿里巴巴创始人股份。
从澎湃新闻记者获取的蒋芳内网全文来看，蒋芳解释称：“11月16日刚好是设定好的披露时间，但是股票经纪并不知道这一天恰好是公司发布财报之日，这个巧合是让外界产生第一重误解的原因。”
蒋芳表示，马老师办公室之前对外发布过一个声明，马老师会坚定持有阿里，这不是套话，是事实，“阿里股票目前大大低于阿里巴巴的实际价值，他不会卖的。”
