科创启示｜从滩涂中“种”出临港科创中心，在战略枢纽上逐浪创新
“项目能够更加便利地落地，企业能够以更低的成本去创业和成长，只有在临港创业变得更便利、更容易了，创业者才会愿意来这里创业。”临港何以成为“创业之城”？上海临港科技创业中心（下称“临科创”）总经理屈林就着一杯咖啡、用着略快的语速谈论了近2个小时。
观点可以浓缩，时间亦可以浓缩，空间却在过去的多年里日益宽广、承载丰厚。屈林向澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）记者描绘起十几年前的一个画面：我们今天所在之地，那时候还是一片滩涂，车子开过来把野兔和海鸟惊着了，慌慌张张地逃跑、飞走。
“谁会跑来这里搞科创？当时的老团队过来一看，其实基本上心就凉了半截，美好的设想和预期一下子浇灭了。”如今，临港新片区已成为上海创新创业的新高地，“离上海很远”后面也可以骄傲地喊出“离世界很近”。
临科创成立于2009年，系杨浦创业成员，由上海市科委决定、上海市科技创业中心发起成立。在屈林看来，临科创成立的背后是被动因素和主动因素并存。从被动角度来看，当时的上海市临港地区开发建设管理委员会希望在临港地区导入一些科技创新和科技服务的平台；从主动角度来看，则是杨浦创业在科创服务领域积累了一定成果和经验后的进一步拓展。
