百亿FOF私募何以踩雷“杭州30亿量化跑路”？
近日，“杭州30亿量化私募跑路”事件甚嚣尘上。一家百亿级证券私募竟然涉及被卷入多层嵌套、底层估值造假而导致兑付困难的事件中，这在行业中引发轩然大波。
11月14日晚间，知名百亿私募FOF机构北京华软新动力私募基金管理有限公司（简称“华软新动力”）发布声明称，截至目前，该公司管理的最终实际投资至深圳汇盛私募证券基金管理有限公司（下称“汇盛私募”，登记编号P1061345）的部分私募基金产品，因汇盛私募发生违约行为导致兑付困难。
多家被传闻牵扯其中的信托也先后发表声明，百瑞信托称公司从未与华软新动力等开展过任何形式的业务合作；云南信托回应称公司已在进行排查。同时，作为托管方的部分券商也回应称严格按照监管规定以及托管合同约定履行义务，托管产品投资范围符合基金合同约定。
除了涉事机构的表态，目前尚未有官方机构对该事件进行发生，那么产品多层嵌套究竟是如何发生的？封控和托管方的缺位究竟是和原因？这场风波仍有诸多疑问待释疑。
