FxPro汇评：上升的美国原油库存再次给油价带来压力
尽管全球市场风险偏好上升，且美国经济活动数据稳健，但西德克萨斯中质油(WTI)连续第三天承压。
FxPro高级分析师Alex Kuptsikevich指出：前一天晚上，EIA公布了两份商业库存和石油产量的每周报告。在过去的一个半月里，平均产量保持在1320万桶/天。战略石油储备同期保持在3.5127亿桶的水平。
然而,商业储量的情况有了明显的改变。两周内增加了1750万，是预期的四倍。股票的暴涨证实了上升趋势。中国外汇储备保持在过去8年设定的4亿元的下限范围内，较去年增长0.9%。
美国目前的生产水平似乎足以平稳地增加库存和出口。这对油价来说是一个负面信号，本周早些时候，油价试图突破200天平均线，但没有成功——这是一个关键的看跌信号。这也可能表明国内消费增长不太强劲，这对价格不利。
如果油价跌破每桶75美元，就有可能跌至67-70美元区域，该区域是油价在5月和6月找到支撑的区域。如果油价跌至这一水平，我们可能会看到欧佩克+采取一系列新的口头干预措施，就像今年早些时候发生的那样。另一方面，就像2014年的情况一样，若以上干预未出现将增加价格的压力。
