美股三大指数低开震荡，道指收跌0.13%，止步五连涨；纳指尾盘成功翻红，涨0.07%；标普500指数涨0.12%。美股大型科技股多数上涨，美股银行股多数下跌，美股能源股全线走低。热门中概股遭遇重挫，纳斯达克中国金龙指数跌3.09%。
11月16日，国际油价显著下跌。截至当天收盘，纽约商品交易所12月交货的轻质原油期货价格下跌3.76美元，收于每桶72.9美元，跌幅为4.90%；2024年1月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格下跌3.76美元，收于每桶77.42美元，跌幅为4.63%。
