山东新型储能新政：完善新型储能 “两部制”上网电价机制
今年，国内已投运新型储能项目装机规模创下历史新高，但新型储能利用率低、市场模式单一、盈利能力弱等问题仍然横亘在行业前行道路中，为业内外广为关注。
11月13日，山东省能源局发布关于印发《支持新型储能健康有序发展若干政策措施》(以下简称“《措施》”)的通知。《措施》立足储能在“发电侧”、“电网侧”、“用户侧”三种应用场景，着眼“能用好用”的原则，提出了12项具体措施，充分发挥价格机制，引导新型储能健康有序发展。
