取消限价后南昌首场宅地出让总成交10.81亿元，3宗地块流拍
11月14日，江西省南昌市迎来取消地价上限限制，恢复“价高者得”竞价方式后的首次竞拍。本次共出让6宗涉宅用地，青云谱区2宗，高新区、经开区、东湖区、青山湖区各1宗；最终高新区地块溢价7%成交，青云谱、东湖区各底价成交1宗，剩余3宗地块流拍，揽金10.81亿元。
在此前的10月25日，南昌市发布上述6宗宅地公告时明确，本次国有建设用地使用权网上拍卖出让按照价高者得原则确定竞得入选人。未设底价的地块，报价最高者即为竞得入选人。设有底价的地块，报价最高且不低于底价者即为竞得入选人。报价低于底价的，拍卖不成交。
