广东茂名提高公积金贷款额度：最高可贷额度提至55万元
据微信公众号“茂名市住房公积金管理中心”11月13日消息，广东省茂名市发布《关于调整我市住房公积金最高个人住房贷款额度及住房公积金账户缴存余额执行倍数的通知》。
文件提出，调整住房公积金最高个人住房贷款额度。两人(含)以上申请住房公积金贷款购买同一套普通自住住房最高贷款额度由45万元调整为55万元，一人申请住房公积金贷款最高贷款额度由30万元调整为40万元。
茂名市还将调整住房公积金账户缴存余额的执行倍数规定。在最高贷款额度内，住房公积金贷款的可贷额度不高于借款人和共同借款人住房公积金账户余额之和的执行倍数。
(一)当个贷率小于或等于85%，可贷额度为借款人和共同借款人住房公积金账户余额之和的8倍。目前的个贷率为66.65%，借款人和共同借款人住房公积金账户余额之和的倍数按8倍执行。
(二)当个贷率大于85%，可贷额度为借款人和共同借款人住房公积金账户余额之和的5倍。
文件称，后续茂名市住房公积金资金流动情况发生变化达到新的倍数执行区间时，将由市住房公积金管理委员会按照上述规定调整执行倍数并对外公布实施。
