Open interest di pasar berjangka gas alam meningkat sekali lagi pada hari Jumat, kali ini sekitar 15,6 ribu kontrak menurut pembacaan awal dari CME Group. Di sisi lain, volume menyusut untuk 2 sesi berturut-turut, sekarang sekitar 100,8 ribu kontrak.

Penurunan kecil harga gas alam pada hari Jumat terjadi di tengah aksi harga yang tidak meyakinkan dan meningkatnya open interest, yang memberikan ruang untuk pelemahan lebih lanjut dalam waktu dekat. Sementara itu, komoditas tersebut sejauh ini tampaknya didukung oleh angka penting $3,00 per MMBtu.
