【基本面】美国30年债券拍卖惨淡，美国长债收益率日内走升22个基点，美债收益率走强也使美股跳水，海外买家显著撤离至两年最低需求量。此外鲍威尔再度放鹰，其表示美联储应谨慎行事，没有信心政策收紧的已足够，必要时将毫不迟疑地加息。整体而论，考量日本央行仍采取QE政策，故美日以偏多布局为主要思路。
【技术面】观察美日日线图，美日近六个交易日持续上涨，一路从149.36上涨至目前151.80，且有突破前高151.71的趋势。副指标方面，MACD负值柱状体转为正值，加上KD双线仍处高位，这都隐含短线或有上涨可能。整体而论，不过考量基本面因素(本次美债收益率短线反弹+美联储官员有所放鹰+日本央行仍实施超宽松货币政策)，叠加技术面出现上涨信号，故建议投资者以偏多布局为主要思路。
