极氪赴美IPO递表：上半年营收213亿元，毛利率12.3%
极氪或将打破近年来中概股车企IPO市场的沉寂。
11月10日，极氪智能科技控股有限公司（ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited，以下简称“极氪”）向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）公开提交了IPO（首次公开招股）招股书。招股书显示，极氪计划在纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码为“ZK”。
官方介绍显示，极氪成立于2021年3月，距今不到三年，是继“蔚小理”之后，第四家赴美上市的中国智能汽车科技公司，也可能成为“史上最快IPO”的造车新势力。
