美国能源部11月7日发布月报表示，2023年美国原油日均产量预估将创新高达到1,290万桶，2024年美国汽油消费量预估将年减1%，美国人均汽油消费量预估将创下20年来的新低，包括远距工作者增加、车辆的燃油效率提高、较高的汽油价格，以及持续高通膨的环境等，都是导致汽油消费减少的主因。整体而论，美油以偏空布局为主要思路。
