因涉嫌违反限制性规定转让股票，高瓴旗下HHLR管理有限公司（简称“HHLR”）被证监会立案调查。
11月8日，隆基绿能科技股份有限公司（简称“隆基绿能” ，601012）发布公告，称因涉嫌违反限制性规定转让隆基绿能股票，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规，中国证监会决定对隆基绿能股东HHLR（使用账户为HHLR管理有限公司-中国价值基金（交易所））立案。
