EBC环球焦点|油价触及逾3个月新低 供应问题不大
周三（11月8日）油价下跌至逾三个月最低水平，由于OPEC出口量反弹以及需求前景不明朗，上个交易日重挫超过4%。
中东地区的本地能源需求进入季节性下滑，导致OPEC原油出口相比8月低点已经增加了每日100万桶左右。
非OPEC国家的产量也在提升。不过美国能源信息署周二表示，因需求下滑，美国今年原油产量上升幅度会略微不及此前预期。
沙特的减产行动显示出了副作用。CNN报道称，该国原油业第三季萎缩17.3%，同期经济下滑4.5%。
即月布伦特原油期货相比6个月期限的溢价触及2.5个月低位，预示对于供应短缺的担忧在缓解。
需求端方面，上个月中国原油进口显示出稳健上升，然而最新出口数据表现不及预期。投资者还在等待近来政策支持展现效果。
布伦特原油走出更低高位和更低低位的形态，空头无疑目前在主导市场，常用技术指标均指向短期内进一步走弱。
