PILL BOE: PADA TENGAH 2024 KITA MUNGKIN DAPAT MEMPERTIMBANGKAN KEMBALI STANSI Suku Bunga
Kepala Ekonom Bank of England (BoE) Huw Pill mengatakan pada hari Senin bahwa pada pertengahan tahun depan, mereka mungkin dapat mempertimbangkan kembali pendiriannya terhadap suku bunga. Dia berbicara dalam presentasi online yang diselenggarakan oleh BoE.
Pill menambahkan bahwa terlalu dini untuk membahas penurunan suku bunga dan mengklarifikasi bahwa Komite Kebijakan Moneter (MPC) meyakini perlunya mempertahankan suku bunga pada tingkat yang membatasi untuk jangka waktu tertentu.
