中南建设：前10个月销售356亿元，同比减少32.6%
11月3日晚间，中南建设（000961.SH）发布公告，10月，公司合同销售金额27.1亿元，销售面积22.1万平方米。
今年1-10月，中南建设累计合同销售金额356亿元，销售面积299.5万平方米，同比分别减少32.6%和33.1%。
建筑业务方面，10月中南建设新承接项目15个，预计合同金额合计3.2亿元。1-10月，新承接项目预计合同金额27.5亿元，同比减少20.3%。
同一日，中南建设公告称，公司控股股东中南城市建设投资有限公司（简称“中南城投”）通知公司，其质押及冻结的部分公司股份有所变动。
此次，中南城投所持公司33005189股被司法冻结，主要是其与国联证券－江苏联嘉资产管理有限公司－国联汇盈174号单一资产管理计划的质押业务纠纷所致；另外被司法冻结的350万股目前未知被冻结原因。
