农行云南省分行原副行长沈锐被开除党籍：违规参与经商办企业
据中央纪委国家监委驻中国农业银行纪检监察组、云南省纪委监委消息：日前，中央纪委国家监委驻中国农业银行纪检监察组、云南省监委对中国农业银行云南省分行原党委委员、副行长沈锐严重违纪违法问题进行了纪律审查和监察调查。
经查，沈锐政治意识薄弱，私自携带违禁书刊入境；无视中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品礼金，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请；廉洁底线失守，利用职权或职务上的影响为本人及亲属谋利，收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金、消费卡，借用管理和服务对象钱款，违规参与经商办企业，持有非上市公司股份，从事有偿中介活动；履职不当，干预和插手信贷业务；违反生活纪律，违背家庭美德；利用职权或职务上的便利为他人谋利，非法收受巨额财物。
