近日，河南平顶山叶邑镇，一女子在网络发布视频，实名举报被本村村支书赵某威胁强迫发生关系长达7年。在媒体介入采访调查后，10月27日，河南省平顶山市叶县联合调查组发布通报称，赵某坡已停职，调查组将根据调查结果，依法依规依纪进行处理。
就现阶段来看，目前的有效信息基本还是单方面的。而所谓停职，是指暂时停止当事人履行的职务，以便其接受调查或者审查。严格来说，停职还不算处分，只是对一位公职人员开展调查前的必要程序，至于怎么处理，需要依据调查结果来决定。
