GBP/USD tampaknya berada di jalur yang tepat untuk menguji level support 1,2000, laporan ekonom di ING.
1,2000 sudah di depan mata
Kesenjangan nilai swap 2 tahun GBP/USD telah menyusut menjadi hanya 17 bps – dari puncak 135 bps pada bulan Juli – setelah efek gabungan dari penetapan harga ulang Fed yang hawkish dan Bank of England yang dovish. Kesenjangan nilai swap tersebut konsisten dengan perdagangan GBP/USD di sekitar level saat ini dan penembusan di bawah 1,2000 tidak akan menjadi penyimpangan dibandingkan dengan sejarah saat ini.
Jika kita melihat support 1,2000 runtuh, terendah Maret di 1,1830 adalah level support berikutnya yang harus diperhatikan.
