【基本面】
因为众议院共和党右翼的强硬反对，美国国会达成预算协议的可能性越来越小。许多分析人士都认为，10月1日美国政府关门的概率基本是100%。而美国政府倘若关门，美国经济势必再度受到冲击。
此外英特尔再度面临欧盟反垄断罚款。欧盟再次认定英特尔违反欧盟反垄断规则，滥用支配地位，对英特尔处以3.7636亿欧元（约4亿美元）的罚款。去年英特尔使欧盟法院宣布驳回欧盟高达12亿美元的巨额反垄断罚款。
【技术面】
观察纳指4小时线图，纳指于9月7日形成的空方缺口至今都仍未回补，且此前数度反弹测试该缺口，但仍无法填上，这都隐含纳指中期有持续转弱可能。此外纳指近几个交易日出现波动变小，出现盘整格局。副指标方面，MACD负值柱状体持续收敛并转为正值且KD双线上弯并已突破超跌区，这都隐含短线或有小幅反弹可能。整体而论，考量基本面因素(美国政府关门概率增加)，叠加技术面出现小幅反弹信号，故建议投资者以高空布局为主要思路。
