国际清算银行（BIS）指出，对冲基金的基差交易在增加，2年期等短天期美债空仓规模近几周升至创纪录高位，这可能导致美国国债市场交易混乱。
此外美国财政部公布，7月中国连续第四个月减持美债，而日本连续两月增持，海外美债总持仓创一年多新高，海外投资资金连续两月净流入美国。整体而论，考量美债收益率仍处于上行走势，加上美汇指数处于上行格局，故美日以偏多局为主要思路。
