EBC环球焦点|欧元见顶迹象渐强 投机资金掉头
周一（9月18日）美元连续上涨9周，为2014年之后最长纪录。根据美国商品期货交易委员会，对冲基金上周削减了近50亿美元的美元净空仓。
美元反弹已经持续了数月，投资者之前认为美联储的紧缩周期接近尾声。过去7周内，投机人士有6周增加美元净多仓，同时将欧元净多仓削减至11月以来新低。
在上周决议中，欧洲央行将今年欧元区经济增长预期从0.9%下调至0.7%，明年从1.5%下调至1%，同时将今年通胀预期从5.4%上调至5.6%，明年从3%上调至3.2%。
该决定被认为是逾一年内欧洲央行最重要的决定，虽然行长表示绝对多数赞成9月加息，但是更多鸽派官员对经济增长乏力、就业降温以及能源价格再度反弹深感忧虑。
欧洲央行还否认了本轮加息周期宣告结束的猜测，其指出里考虑会在高位维持更长时间，必要时不排除进一步加息。
欧元仍然困在7月见顶后的下行趋势通道内，由于美联储本周晚些时候将召开会议，短期内区间盘整格局难以改变。
