Terdapat kekurangan panduan ke depan pada pertemuan bulan Juli mengenai apa yang mungkin dilakukan ECB selanjutnya, namun ECB memodifikasi bahasanya untuk menandakan pergeseran dari bias pengetatan yang eksplisit menuju sikap netral.
Sama seperti ECB, kami memiliki “pikiran terbuka mengenai keputusan apa yang akan diambil pada bulan September dan pertemuan berikutnya”; meskipun untuk saat ini, kami tetap berpandangan bahwa siklus pengetatan saat ini akan terhenti.
