为扩大亚洲影响力，Orbex收购HonorFX零售交易业务
9月12日，货币对和差价合约经纪商Orbex宣布与持牌离岸货币对经纪商HonorFX建立了战略合作伙伴关系。
据Orbex的一位发言人称，Orbex公司将通过收购HonorFX的零售业务以及零售客户来扩大Orbex在亚洲及其他地区的影响力。
据悉，Orbex目前收到多重监管，它目前是中东和北非地区领先的经纪商之一。而作为被收购方的HonorFX则在迪拜和马来西亚设有办事处，其未来计划将重点转向机构业务。
对于此次收购，Orbex主席Abdallah Abbas评论道：“我们非常欢迎HonorFX的零售客户加入到Orbex大家庭。我们相信，这种合作关系将增强我们的竞争优势，使我们能够为全球交易者提供更多独家服务和优惠。我们期待与HonorFX合作，我们也将支持HonorFX客户实现交易目标!"
Abdallah Abbas还指出，在收购整合过程中，Orbex客户的交易体验将不受影响。
