EUR/USD diperdagangkan di sekitar angka 1,0750. Ekonom di Société Générale menganalisis prospek pasangan ini menjelang survei ZEW Jerman.

Survei ZEW Jerman secara tradisional tidak dianggap sebagai penggerak pasar namun kejutan negatif dari Jerman bulan ini menunjukkan hal yang sebaliknya terjadi dan penurunan ZEW lainnya mungkin dapat menembus pemantulan tentatif EUR/UD ke 1,0750.
Sementara itu, serbuan kesepakatan utama tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda mereda: 11 peminjam IG lainnya di AS dan 10 peminjam Euro bergabung dengan kesibukan bulan September kemarin termasuk transaksi oleh T-Mobile (USD) dan Nestle (EUR).
