“Tôi sẽ không đề cập chi tiết về số lượng và các thông tin đại loại như vậy. Nhưng để trả lời chính xác câu hỏi, tôi muốn nói rằng có sự hiện diện nhỏ của quân đội Mỹ ở đại sứ quán và văn phòng tùy viên quốc phòng tại Ukraine”, ông Kirby nói.
