美指从2021年10的双底突破成功后整整走了一年多的多头趋势，直到2022年11月10的大阴线将上行结构打破。目前已经历了连续1个多月的下跌，价格走势下行动能不足，很难短时间有大的下行行情。相反非美货币连同黄金也很难有可以交易的行情，应该多加观望等待时机。
在期货中大豆突破盘整区间，大周期中以结构震荡为主，小周期可能还有机会。
标普500指数整体处于下行趋势，小时级别又出现一个做空的好机会；
股票中大盘上涨无力，需要调整，行业以医药、软件、食品饮料为主有一点机会。医药商业中的大参林、老百姓、益丰药房三家为主，软件中的恒生电子、启明星辰和科创板几家为主。
