Forexclub：美国在这一项目上也被卡脖子
不要以为只有中国在一些项目被美国卡脖子，其实美国在有些项目上也被其他国家卡脖子，比如美国的TerraPower 核能项目，需要的燃料只有俄罗斯才能提供。
TerraPower 核能项目由美国能源部和比尔盖茨牵头发起，计划在怀俄明州凯默勒镇建设一座耗资 40 亿美元钠工厂，发电能达到345 兆瓦，建成后可以在2025 年关闭的附近燃煤火电厂。
这代小型核电站，有助于减少碳排放;需要的燃料有特别要求，这种燃料被称为“高含量低浓铀”或 HALEU，浓缩度高达 20%，远高于当今反应堆使用的高达 5% 的水平。目前这种燃料全世界只有一家俄罗斯公司出售。
目前美国也在着手开发新型的核燃料，但像中国的芯片一样，需要时间，目前该核能项目已被推迟至少两年。天道好轮回苍天饶过谁，Forexclub想可能美国也没有想到会发生这种情况吧!
