Seorang nasabah dari Cyber Futures menceritakan akun tradingnya yang dimainkan oleh oknum Cyber Futures. Ia menceritakan awalnya tidak ingin ikutan tapi karena ingin menolong temannya mau tidak mau dia join trading disitu. Dijanjikan akan profit yang menggiurkan, nyatanya malah duit ratusan juta amblas begitu saja. Nasabah ini pun mengaku kalau dia emang tidak mengerti sama sekali soal trading, dan akun trading dipegang oleh pihak Cyber Futures. Nasabah sangat menyesali kejadian ini.
