德国社交交易经纪商NAGA Group本月宣布已获得塞舌尔监管机构（FSA）的金融许可，以加速其全球业务。

NAGA创始人兼首席执行官Benjamin Bilski：“塞舌尔的许可证为我们在欧洲以外的业务提供了一个完全受监管的环境，它将使我们能够加强银行和支付关系，并为我们的B2B部门释放意义。”

NAGA目前在塞浦路斯金融监管机构CySEC的CIF许可下运营其nagamarkets[.]com网站，获得许可后，naga[.]com将在塞舌尔许可下运营。

除了宣布许可证之外，NAGA还宣布其NAGAXcrypto部门已与巴西的Guide Investimentos签署了一份意向书，以启动一家合资企业，利用NAGAX的能力在巴西提供一个crypto trading平台，用于crypto assets的现货和抵押。Guide Investimentos是巴西最大的digital asset管理平台之一，由复星集团（FOSUN group）拥有。

Bilski补充到：“巴西的digital products市场正在迅速增长。Crypto是巴西在线市场中增长最快的部分之一。Guide已在巴西站稳脚跟，其经纪业务的交易量已达数十亿美元。NAGAX为Guide提供强大的crypto生态系统，将使Guide客户能够立即访问crypto服务。”
