英国首相特拉斯辞职
据英国媒体报道称，英国首相特拉斯在英国首相府发表讲话，宣布辞去首相职务。特拉斯当着记者的面称，自己是在“经济和国际（形势）非常不稳定”的时候上任的，她表示自己无法再履行经保守党成员选举产生的任务并辞职。
消息公布后，据Bloomberg数据，截至晚上8时45分，10年期英国国债收益率日内下跌7个基点至3.81%。5年期国债收益率跌6个基点至3.77%，2年期国债收益率则跌7个基点至3.32%。
同时，英镑兑美元短线一度跳升20余点至1.1299，现报1.1264，日内涨幅为0.39%。
