在ZG人民银行9月5日宣布 决定自今年9月15日起 下调金融机构外汇存款准备金率 两个百分点 外汇存款准备金率 由现行的8%下调到6% 消息发布后 在岸人民币价格 一度拉升100点报6.93 离岸人民币价格 也一度短线拉升 超200点达6.94 作为重要的跨境资本流动 宏观审慎政策工具 外汇存款准备金率的这次调整 可以改善外汇供求形势稳定人民币汇率预期 避免出现非理性超调
