第一单
黄金经过短暂的震荡后延续昨天的上涨行情，1756.7附近为前高，突破两次前高点位后顺势做多单，止盈止损20点，盈利出场。
第二单

五分钟二次冲高，形成背离，反转单进场 止盈止损20点。
下跌趋势已现，移动止损位置到前高位，突破前高就认输。
距离止盈位还有不到一半，设置保本损。
差一点点没有给到止盈，回调扫损，保本离场。
总结：趋势明显上涨的情况下，不做逆势空单，出现回调趋势继续做多 20点利润比逆势做空好拿。
第三单

支撑位1761 突破 下行趋势明显，顺势做空。 进场时机略晚，判断依然是下行行情，1759.25进场 止盈止损20个点。

趋势行情延续明显，止盈离场。
做单先找依据，进场必有理由。
不冲动，不盲目。
