注意！无监管平台诺盈NYFX还在行骗
“诺盈不给出金，5月25号申请的出金，到现在还没处理，吃相难看。”近期，有投资者投诉其在诺盈 NYFX（以下统称“诺盈”）申请出金半个月至今无法出金。
该投资者申请出金时，其曾收到诺盈平台的信息，信息显示会在24小时内处理出金，然而他等了几天还是不见动静，联系客服，却无法联系得上，无奈的他只能选择投诉曝光。
实际上，早在去年，诺盈也因为无法出金曾被其他投资者投诉，而诺盈最大的问题，在于监管牌照。
诺盈分为NYFX诺盈和NYGCM诺盈，其中，NYFX面向国外，NYGCM面向国内。NYGCM宣称受到英国FCA和圣文森特FSA双重监管；NYFX称受到圣文森特FSA监管。
先看看英国FCA监管情况，我们在英国FCA官网根据监管号764353查询到的公司名称为：Cresco Capital Markets（UK）Ltd，登记邮箱：Compliance@crescofx.com，登记网址：https://www.crescofx.com，也就是说，NYGCM是套牌监管。
至于圣文森特，我们多次强调圣文森特FSA并不监管金融衍生品，显然，无论是NYGCM还是NYFX，都是无任何监管的平台，请大家注意风险。
