实体卡／白银预付卡：只能刷卡消费取现不能转账
瑞讯银行实体卡，
也即瑞讯银行白银预付卡本身是一种消费卡，并不是万事达卡也不是VISA卡。本身并不具备转账功能，只能用于海外消费。支持12国货货币免费刷卡消费。包括：瑞士法郎、欧元、英镑、日圆、丹麦克朗、瑞典克朗、挪威克朗、阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拉姆（AED）、美元、加元，澳元和港元。
此外，
本卡支持国内外ATM机器上取款。但是费用高昂。取人民币综合费用在5%，5单位货币起步（具体货币取决于你的账户类型）。具体直接将卡插入ATM机器，输入四位申请实体卡的时候的数字码PIN即可（国内六位数字输入PIN四位即可）。关于白银预付卡与个人网银行账户之间转账，是单向式的，只能从个人网银转账到实体卡账户，但是不能从实体卡转账到个人网银账户，官网上也没有端口能够使实体卡账户转账到其他国际账户，且官方证实卡内资金输出只能刷卡或者高费用取现。
