在交易之初，我是典型的被情绪左右的人。我的自我价值都和每一次的成功或失败挂钩。我总是投入很多，所以每一次的交易结果仿佛都决定了生和死。不出意外，亏损严重地透支了我的账户。之后我开始进行风险管理，并遵循1%的资金投入规则，慢慢地一切才有了好转。
我觉得自己的交易心理正常多了，而且交易账户再也没有出现过危机。我在每次交易上都设置合理的头寸和止损以减少亏损，现在我属于长期交易者，我知道每一次交易仅仅是未来无数交易当中的很小一部分而已。
