1、俄乌第四轮谈判暂停，预计于今日继续。乌克兰总统办公室顾问称，乌克兰与俄罗斯双方最快有望在一至两周内签署和平协议，最迟将在5月签署和平协议。欧盟宣布对俄第四轮制裁措施，取消俄贸易最惠国待遇，俄罗斯据称暂停小麦出口。白俄罗斯总理称，俄罗斯和白俄罗斯的能源供应将不再使用美元交易，双方正在合作制定新的石油供应定价公式。
2、美联储方面，交易员们已经提高了对美联储今年可能收紧政策幅度的预期，周一曾完全消化7次25个基点加息的预期。安联首席经济顾问埃里安认为，目前美国的经济无法支持七次加息，如果真的加息七次，经济就会陷入衰退。但美联储抗通胀的压力在上升，纽约联储的最新消费者调查显示，一年通胀预期中值在2月份升至6%，与2021年11月创下的纪录相当，三年通胀预期为3.8%。短期和中期通胀预期都扭转了1月份大幅下滑的局面。
