美元指数大幅高开，日内震荡下行，收于96.74；卢布大幅下跌，美元兑俄罗斯卢布一度涨超30%；10年期美债收益率大幅走低，跌至1.82%附近。
原油高开低走，WTI原油收跌0.95%，报97.2美元/桶；布伦特原油开盘时一度站上105美元，随后震荡下行，欧盘明显跳水，收报100.27美元/桶。
