Theo RIA, Bộ Quốc phòng Nga cho biết trong một tuyên bố hôm thứ Năm rằng nước này đang tấn công cơ sở hạ tầng quân sự của Ukraine bằng vũ khí chính xác cao.
Trong khi đó, Thượng nghị sĩ Mỹ Marco Rubio, Phó Chủ tịch Ủy ban Chọn lọc về Tình báo, lại viết: “#Nga không chỉ tập trung vào việc chiếm giữ miền đông #Ukraine Các lực lượng quân sự Nga đang làm việc để cô lập #Kyiv ngay lúc này.”
