智通财经APP获悉，美高梅(MGM.US)表示，将以10.75亿美元的价格将位于拉斯维加斯的Mirage Resort & Casino出售予Hard Rock International，该交易预计将于明年下半年完成，并预计为美高梅带来约8.15亿美元的税后净现金收益。
根据协议，美高梅将保留Mirage名称及品牌，并会免费授权予Hard Rock使用3年，在期满后Hard Rock需要重新命名该物业项目。
