伊朗诚意满满、美国依旧强势，重启的伊核会谈前景如何？
11月29日，伊朗核问题维也纳会谈在中断五个月后宣布重启。伊朗与联合国安理会五大常任理事国，以及德国和欧盟将进行谈判，试图恢复2015年各方达成的伊核协议。
最初，伊朗在伊核协议中同意放弃其拥有的绝大部分浓缩铀和离心机，并在未来 15年内不再提炼丰度为3.67%以上的浓缩铀，联合国、美国、欧盟则将解除与核问题相关的对伊制裁。
该协议从签订起就受到美国共和党的强烈反对。 2018年，时任美国总统特朗普单方面宣布退出伊核协议、恢复对伊制裁。伊朗随即也逐渐不再执行协议规定的义务，突破了浓缩铀丰度和存量等的上限。
2021年特朗普离任，民主党的新任总统拜登上台，恢复伊核协议成为拜登政府的首要外交政策目标。为此，伊核问题维也纳会谈曾在今年4月短暂重启。但是在6月的伊朗大选中，强硬派的易卜拉欣·莱希（Ebrahim Raisi）当选总统，维也纳会谈因伊朗政府换届而暂停，直至现在才再次重启。
