近日，瑞士证券交易所(SIX)宣布，其SIX数字交易所成功发行了首只高级无担保数字瑞士法郎债券，交易总额为1.5亿瑞士法郎，2026年到期。
该交易所指出，债券分为两个可交易部分：由SIX Digital Exchange和SIX SIS持有的数字部分和传统部分，这些债券将在到期日按面值偿还。
瑞士信贷(Credit Suisse)、瑞银投资银行(UBS Investment Bank)和Zürcher Kantonalbank担任了联合牵头管理人。
SIX首席财务官Daniel Schmucki称：“这是一项具有创新性和历史性的交易，该交易得到了瑞士主要市场参与者的支持，表明投资者相信瑞士金融市场的创新力量，以及SIX在金融中心转型发展中的支持作用。”
根据SIX的财报，10月交易金额达到926亿瑞士法郎，环比下降14.1%，交易量为4853.176笔，下降6.2%。
