国家终于出台房地产税了：房子是用来住的，不是炒的
关于房地产税，我就说四点：
1.抑制房地产泡沫，事关民生、贫富分化等社会问题；
2.增加地方财政收入，疫情之后，地方财政窟窿应该不小吧；
3.各地方政府对房地产税有很大的调节权力，上海和重庆就大不一样，上海非常保守，可能考虑到影响到社会方方面面，刚开始动作小一点；
4.试点期限是
5年，5年之后如果效果好，就继续实施，否则。。
